What is included in the rent?Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, and electric. We have multiple amenities including a resort style pool, outdoor BBQ, dog park, fitness center, tech room, community meeting room, playground, laundry lounge and free internet!

Do you accept housing vouchers?The simple answer is, yes! We accept OACAC/Section 8 vouchers. You can call our friendly leasing staff for more information and how to apply.

Do you allow pets?We sure do! We ask that all pets have a photo on file, that their vaccinations are up-to-date and that your furry friends are spayed and neutered.

What are the qualifications for my application to be accepted?The first step is filling out our application. Once we've had a chance to review the information we'll setup a personal interview to discuss your eligibility.

What is included with the rent?To make things very simple, all utilities, high-speed internet, resident services programs, and amenities are included.

What is your smoking policy?We have a 'No Smoking' policy inside any of the buildings at The Penleigh - Branson Row and you are required to be at least 25 feet away from any building or outdoor amenity space. This includes, but is not limited to all of the apartments, the clubhouse, dog park, pool, and playground. We ask that our residents smoke in a designated smoking area or off the property.

How do I report a maintenance problem?Our online property management software system and phone line allow for all maintenance concerns to be reported and addressed right away.

What is your guest policy?Here at The Penleigh - Branson Row, we appreciate you having guests, however they can not stay more than 7 days. We also ask that your guests not park in current resident parking.

What day is rent due?Rent is due on the 1st of the month but when The Penleigh residents pay early they'll earn a $25.00 "Early Pay Voucher" that can be applied towards their future rent! We love to reward members of our community for their outstanding achievements and have even more incentive programs you can ask our property managers about!
